Requirements:

• Engineering degree in information technology preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or business discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership in the Restaurant Industry within IT, with experience in large-scale technology implementations.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS, Inventory, Back Office Systems, and eCommerce Platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans for POS Menu deployments.
• Lead and manage a team of POS Menu Analysts to meet business requirements.
• Implement quality control processes for POS Menu changes.
• Collaborate with POS vendors and internal teams to understand system capabilities.
• Address and resolve issues related to Menu Deployments with customer support.
• Participate in change control board for governance compliance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
