Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant apprenticeship with extensive specialist skills and trainings.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Structured, goal-oriented working style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in functional configuration and implementation of IT solutions in SAP CRM Service.
  • Experience in a scaled agile environment (SAFe or similar) in a Product Owner role.
  • Profound understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in leading a team of software engineers.
  • Experience in managing a group of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German skills beneficial.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Service Management.
  • Cooperate with an agile master to improve team performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary competencies and resources aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Drive performance management and career development processes for team members.
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog considering program and product priorities.
  • Analyze and optimize processes in cooperation with business departments.
  • Align with other process areas to ensure integrated IT solutions.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and refine their requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the scaled agile environment.
