- Strong understanding of HRIS and experience using Workday is essential.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau is essential.
- Experience working in compensation and owning pay review processes.
- Experience with salary benchmarking tools is essential.
- Proficient with Google Sheets.
- Critical thinking with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our people data supports the creation of reports highlighting trends and progress against key OKR’s across the employee lifecycle.
- Build people reporting capability using Tableau to provide meaningful business insights.
- Drive continuous improvements to HR data reporting capability.
- Uphold data integrity in WorkDay and manage people data audit requirements.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for report related issues.
- Understand and provide competitive recommendations for UK compensation strategy.
- Lead job evaluation process for salary structures.
- Utilize data analysis to ensure compensation alignment with market trends.
- Develop communication strategies for compensation initiatives.
