• Extensive experience developing and deploying models for healthcare data.
• Proven ability to design and implement advanced NLP techniques.
• Significant experience with patient health information and ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and terminologies like SNOMED CT or ICD codes.
• Experience architecting scalable AI systems for high-performance model training and real-time inferencing.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Exceptional leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
• PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the AI strategy, from vision to technical implementation, powering early cancer detection and prediction.
• Architect and scale sophisticated AI models that integrate multi-modal datasets.
• Design models for predictive analytics, early disease detection, and patient risk stratification.
• Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and mitigate algorithmic bias.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CSO, and CTO to align AI development with scientific advancements and business goals.
• Ensure models comply with regulatory and security requirements, safeguarding data privacy and governance.
• Build and mentor an elite AI team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
