Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance related to corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial management, compliance, or legal advisory roles.
• Experience with accounting software (Xero) and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis to optimize profitability.
• Oversee monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing, and management reporting.
• Manage tax filings and optimize tax strategies across entities.
• Ensure legal and operational compliance with relevant regulations.
• Advise on corporate structure adjustments for tax optimization.
• Collaborate with external consultants and attend executive meetings.
