Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.
• 8+ years of business development experience with Enterprise level clients.
• Proven track record of building C-Suite relationships.
• Experience in exceeding sales quotas and coaching others.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience in SaaS, executive coaching, and/or assessments.
• Strong channel sales and sales management skills.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with diverse skillset.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of both assigned and prospected accounts.

• Develop and execute a forecasted sales plan to achieve targets.
