Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Familiarity with programming software such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View.
• Experience in systems controls design or programming, systems integration.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and modifying motor controls and industrial electrical systems.
• Prior leadership experience with flexible work schedule as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the hiring country without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize equipment reliability and operational performance for various control systems.
• Lead and train Control System teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Coordinate work activities to achieve network goals.
• Understand and troubleshoot material handling control systems.
• Collaborate with building leaders for efficiency.
• Act as primary escalation point for technical support.
• Facilitate Failure Analysis and process improvements.
• Analyze MHE metrics and engage with operations leadership for performance issues.
