• Capability to clarify cultural meanings when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret messages accurately between Turkish and English while ensuring clarity, tone, and style preservation.
• Deliver strict renditions of conversations including all details and handle challenging calls professionally.
• Utilize strong customer service and communication skills with clear enunciation and a professional voice.
• Adhere to client instructions and manage call flow efficiently while remaining calm during calls.
