Requirements:
  • BScN or equivalent degree; must be registered with the provincial College of Nurses.
  • CVAA certification is an asset.
  • BCLS/CPR required; ACLS optional.
  • 5 - 7 years of nursing experience.
  • 2 - 5 years of management experience or experience in managing remote teams.
  • Experience in nurse training and education is preferred.
  • Experience in the biotechnical/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Programs.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day business operations to drive KPI targets for assigned region.
  • Oversee a remote team of Field Nurses, ensuring they achieve KPIs for clinic and nursing operations.
  • Monitor demand for services and maintain resource availability.
  • Conduct audits and on-site visits for quality assurance.
  • Identify and establish new clinic sites, and manage the onboarding of new staff.
  • Enhance customer relationships and report adverse events.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews.
