Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
• 3 plus years of experience with data mining, SQL data structuring for analytics, and using data visualizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and expertise in forecasting and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with technologies such as SAS, SQL, Python, QlikView, Tableau, and Hadoop.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Informaticist coordinates with other analytics, IT, and business areas to ensure work is informed by subject matter experts.
• Work involves complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of data.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of data and analytics to predict behavior and optimize programs.
• Utilize predictive modeling to improve program outcomes and quality.
• Contribute to innovative financial modeling approaches.
• Articulate complex data impacts to various company units.
• Begin to influence department strategy and make decisions on project components.
