Requirements:
  • At least 6 - 8 years product management experience (B2B required).
  • Track record of successfully developing & launching products within the Fortune 1000.
  • Ability to drive team success in a remote-first & globally diverse environment.
  • Understanding of product economics.
  • Strong project management skills, including documenting, socializing & archiving product artifacts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including high proficiency in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across functional teams.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery.
  • Knowledge of eBilling processes/software.
  • Familiarity with common development and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ProductBoard (not mandatory).
  • Experience in spearheading organizational alignment of multiple teams (not mandatory).
Responsibilities:
  • Develop & execute an integrated product strategy.
  • Define milestones to achieve a roadmap.
  • Drive alignment and influence decisions even when not directly managing the team.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to reach agreement on product direction and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop strategies for clients with varied deployment approaches.
  • Present and influence customers and leadership on product roadmap decisions.
  • Develop success metrics from a financial and user engagement perspective.
  • Partner with technical project managers and UI/UX leads.
  • Speak at industry conferences and publish thought leadership.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform decisions.
  • Creatively solve problems and assess risks related to product decisions.
