  • Licensed Nurse (RN or RPN/LPN) with active registration from the College of Nurses in the province of employment.
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance or related fields.
  • Preferably experience in healthcare and case management in medical settings or the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to patients and health care providers by offering information on Patient Support services, diseases, and therapies.
  • Assist patients with assessments related to Patient Support services.
  • Act as a liaison for patients concerning medication access and document patient interactions.
  • Follow case-management protocols including data collection and patient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with reimbursement specialists and healthcare providers to secure funding for therapies.
  • Attend specialized training and coordinate with healthcare providers for treatment logistics.
