Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (entry-level).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in air freight or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
• Conduct research on industry trends and target audiences to inform content creation.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop content strategies that enhance engagement and drive conversions.
