Requirements:

• Minimum MSc Engineering degree required.
• A minimum of 15 years of operations/engineering/research experience.
• Ability to perform flotation product bench & pilot scale-up procedures.
• Professional Engineer registration (or eligibility) preferred.
• Experience working with R&D personnel and engineering consultants required.
• Demonstrated project management skills and report writing experience required.
• Understanding of project commercial processes and strategies required.
• Business experience in product management and competitive strategy preferred.
• Strong organization and leadership skills.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; competency in Spanish and Portuguese desired.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and industry-related software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in defining, planning, and executing product development and commercialization initiatives.
• Manage interaction with corporate R&D stage-gate process for new flotation products.
• Participate in the design of proof-of-concept and pilot-scale equipment.
• Direct external consultants to optimize flotation product designs.
• Manage technical aspects of strategic field tests for prototypes.
• Promote new flotation products at meetings and conferences.
• Authored technical papers to support sales efforts.
