Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper.
• Experience with GenAI techniques including model selection and prompting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good personal communication and management skills.
• Prefer candidates with prior agency experience.
• Strong written English skills for effective communication.
• Access to a reliable computer with internet exceeding 40 Mbps.
• Collaborative and optimistic attitude towards GenAI in creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ad creatives for social media platforms and Google Display using the Pencil platform based on client briefs.
• Manage client briefs through insight, concept, copy, image & video generation, and final creative assembly using various GenAI models.
• Supplement GenAI work with manual retouching when necessary.
• Collaborate with Customer Success team to understand and refine client briefs, ensuring quality, speed, and scale.
• Work with Training team to explore new GenAI techniques for quality enhancement.
• Test new GenAI features with Product & Engineering teams and provide feedback.
