Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in outside sales, particularly in Industrial Sales.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside within the sales territory and be willing to travel 4-6 nights per month.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing customers and actively pursue new business in the Kansas City area.
• Expand market share and enter new industries with Motion Control products targeting OEMs, MRO accounts, and Industrial Distributors.
• Collaborate with distribution partners for training and strategy development.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with 4 daily calls and close 34% of $500K opportunities in under 127 days.
• Conduct timely CRM updates, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and accurate forecasting.
• Share market insights with management.
