Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing or leading finance teams.
• Comfortable working with financial tools and software, including ERP systems.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Track record of identifying inefficiencies and leading process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Leading customer invoicing, credit/collections and cash application for LTK's revenue streams.
• Managing the creator payout process ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of earnings.
• Overseeing trade accounts payable process for vendor payments.
• Assisting accounting with cash flow and working capital management.
• Supporting other teams on receivable and payable matters.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and improving internal controls.
