Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant job experience.
• Deep familiarity with the cultural and political climates in the MENA region.
• Experience working remotely and in multicultural teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of content moderation and review guidelines.
• Strong understanding of digital streaming products and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the MENA team of Content Enrichment Specialists.
• Apply project management skills to monitor workflows and timelines, assigning tasks.
• Define and communicate deliverables, tracking research and reports.
• Participate in client contract renewal discussions.
• Manage team schedules including holidays and coverages.
• Train the team on guidelines and client software.
• Create and maintain processes for video content review.
• Review client work to ensure understanding of editorial goals.
• Self-assign content review shifts.
• Conduct weekly team and one-on-one meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate employee growth through performance reviews.
• Partner with HR for recruitment and onboarding.
