Requirements:

• Degree in Law.
• Admission to the National Bar Association is a plus.
• Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner.
• Perfect knowledge of English (mandatory).
• Full proficiency of at least one additional language (Italian, German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient drafting skills.
• Confidence in supporting legal teams and business units.
• Capability to showcase commercial awareness and understanding of business requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring consumer-facing websites and apps comply with legal requirements.
• Developing T&Cs for platforms, products, promotions, and competitions.
• Advising on legal requirements for online travel-related product offerings.
• Supporting in drafting and reviewing various international contracts.
• Overseeing commercial disputes and litigation across jurisdictions.
• Coordinating with external lawyers.
• Creating efficient and scalable working methods for business growth.
