Requirements:

• Excellent project and program management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Excel and Microsoft tools.
• Salesforce / Fluxx is preferable.
• At least 7 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to a diverse, inclusive and equitable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all tasks, timelines, inputs and outputs associated with ARC.
• Liaising with other teams at ClimateWorks to ensure successful task management.
• Leading preparations for ARC meetings including agenda and materials.
• Managing the budget for ARC.
• Organizing a funder learning series with four sessions per year.
• Conducting research on adaptation and resilience topics.
• Managing contracts with funding recipients and ensuring reporting requirements are met.
