• Experience managing ATS platforms like Breezy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn and JobStreet.
• Familiarity with recruitment and hiring compliance best practices.
• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have high-quality noise-canceling headset and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for a talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System Breezy and maintain candidate data.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
