Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in organizational development, particularly with clinical teams.
• Strong experience with systems training, including Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and curriculum design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application in training.
• Skilled in blended learning, eLearning, and classroom-based learning.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse learners.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), creating and updating courses.
• Develop training resources aligning with Rippl's values.
• Lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
• Create and deliver diverse training programs using various methodologies.
• Facilitate training sessions for new and current staff.
• Assist in change management processes.
• Provide training and performance management support.
• Develop and maintain educational resources for ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure training materials are current and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with managers to identify and address performance gaps.
• Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration.
