• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets with formulas.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Good time-management skills.
• Willingness to undergo training.
• Must be available for a full-time job.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily Product Research.
• Manage communications with Amazon regarding Refunds and Open Cases.
• Conduct Inventory Management and Competitor Monitoring.
• Handle suppliers and search for new products.
• Focus on reselling branded products and sourcing.
• Create and monitor shipments, manage inventory, assist in ungating products, and handle customer messages.
