• Proficient in budget management, procurement, and commercial negotiation.
• Understanding of programming languages and development frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and database design.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and system security best practices.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
• Strong team leadership skills and ability to communicate complex tech concepts simply.
