Production Designer

Requirements:

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in print design and preparation for print.
• Fluency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
• Experience with InDesign and/or Figma is preferred.
• Experience in digital design for sales and marketing assets is required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and file-sharing platforms.
• Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday is preferred.
• Fluency and strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and fast-paced client requirements.
• Portfolio showcasing experience with packaging and marketing design.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with packaging design, technical layout, and pre-press preparation.
• Create photorealistic mockups of packaging and marketing materials.
• Execute marketing assets such as social media content and email templates.
• Produce ready-to-print files for materials like sell sheets and postcards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Design and the team to meet client needs.
• Interface with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Manage multiple design tasks while ensuring fast turnaround times.
• Prepare design files for print and coordinate with print vendors.
