Visual Design Associate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of visual design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Demonstrates an eye for design, color, and layout.
• Meticulous attention to detail in checking work for accuracy, including spelling, alignment, and formatting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and feedback.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or similar software is optional.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital and print media while ensuring alignment with the company’s branding.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines for consistency across projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative design ideas.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Work with external print vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of production.
