Requirements:

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
• Track record of leading complex strategic initiatives at global organizations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working with C-suite executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of executing strategic initiatives without direct reporting authority.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the President to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Lead complex, transversal projects requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Transform data and insights into compelling presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the client.
• Support the VP of Strategy and Analytics in developing and presenting strategic analyses.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through clear synthesis of complex information.
• Manage high-priority special projects and time-sensitive requests.
• Drive operational excellence across key business processes.
