Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large complex programs in the technology industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of Agile experience, acting as Scrum Master.
• Extensive knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery and implementation of enterprise-grade systems that significantly impact the client's business.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and design technical solutions effectively.
• Confirm program scopes, create program plans, and manage delivery to achieve client goals.
• Monitor programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with program and product management partners.
