  • Evaluate property owners based on predefined criteria, such as property location and type.
  • Present PadSplit's value proposition in simple and compelling terms.
  • Collect and document detailed information about property owners' needs and readiness.
  • Share fully qualified leads with Account Executives with necessary background information.
  • Update CRM systems daily to track outreach activities and lead statuses.
  • Address common concerns or misconceptions about shared housing models.
