• Experience in written community communication through social media and help center articles.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices and conflict resolution.
• Acquainted with Web3 culture and community, preferably within ParaSwap DAO.
• Ability to work well in an agile team and independently.
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Innovative and proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities:

• Help with the day-to-day support of the community.
• Answer questions about ParaSwap or DeFi.
• Engage proactively with the community on social media.
• Create content to keep the community informed about recent developments.
