Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3+ years of Clinical Operations experience.
  • Experience with clinical-stage candidates across all phases of Clinical Development (Ph I to Ph III).
  • Extensive knowledge of Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Confident, proactive self-starter; highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep pace with a fast-moving organization.

  • Position requires up to 15% travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and communicate a current overview of Clinical Operations Program status and issues.
  • Identify resource constraints, risks, and conflicts with the Clinical Operations team that could impact project delivery.
  • Provide Project Management support for clinical programs by building and maintaining clinical study plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Clinical Operations into overall program plans.
  • Create project planning guidelines and establish key performance indicators to evaluate performance.
  • Document and standardize department processes while seeking efficiencies.
  • Prepare project updates, process improvement reports, and participate in order negotiations.
  • Submit purchase orders and assist with tracking outsourced activities.
