Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related Technical Discipline required.
- 8+ years of experience as an electric utility engineer or similar technical role.
- Experience in application testing and hardware testing in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of electric utility practices and ANSI/UL standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive utility approval for all ConnectDER products.
- Submit product documentation and guide testing processes.
- Design and deliver training sessions to utility personnel.
- Provide expert technical support focused on ConnectDER products.
- Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting and support.
- Act as a liaison between utilities and internal teams.
- Support external certification processes with applicable standards.
