Responsibilities:
  • Define, communicate and execute a product vision in service of the Group and Company strategy to maximize user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with executive and operating-group teams to align product goals with overall business objectives.
  • Craft and continually refine a long term Northstar vision to support your product strategy.
  • Understand customer needs of end-users and business partners, ensuring focused execution on a roadmap.
  • Work with Engineering and Design to accelerate the delivery of new experiences and develop extensible feature platforms.
  • Define success criteria for initiatives, prioritize based on opportunity sizing and audience response.
  • Evangelize the product roadmap across the company and maintain support for key initiatives.
  • Ensure high standards of craftsmanship in product, design, and engineering for exceptional user experience.
  • Deliver a world-class user experience with a deep understanding of customer needs and extreme attention to detail.
