Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in the observability space.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to articulate technical value into business value.
• Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js.
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux.
• Experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during trade shows.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities.
• Lead technical solution evaluation and PoC creation discussions.
• Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle phases.
• Deliver demonstrations at key marketing events.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
• Develop best practices and share knowledge within the team.
• Work with local sales leadership to identify learning opportunities.
• Support partners as a technical point of contact.
