Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 3+ years of experience within the observability space.
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate technical thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Cultivate key customer and partnership relationships.
• Provide high-level technical support for critical customer meetings and events.
• Assist in onboarding new sales technical resources and mentor them.
• Drive technical sales cycles by presenting and executing product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
