Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of current AML and anti-financial crime regulations.
  • Understanding of Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer requirements for various client types.
  • Proficiency in AML/CTF software and systems; experience with ComplyAdvantage and GBG is beneficial.
  • Experience in developing and supporting automated fraud, AML, KYC, and KYB workflows.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the FinCrime function and MLRO in executing the AML and FinCrime strategy.
  • Ensure financial crime compliance across the business.
  • Work with AML team to maintain robust AML frameworks.
  • Implement automated fraud, AML, KYC, and KYB processes.
  • Support configuration of third-party AML/FinCrime tools.
  • Produce management information regarding FinCrime.
  • Conduct horizon scanning and incident management for continuous process improvement.
