- 2+ years of professional experience in customer success, project management, professional services, or e-commerce.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in digital experience technologies.
- Ability to read and pull insights from raw data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Hands-on SaaS experience is a plus.
- Natural problem solver, intellectually curious, and capable of anticipating challenges.
- Experience with SEO, Site Search, and Merchandising tools are a plus.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
- BA/BS degree.
- Able to travel up to 20%.
- Become an expert in the BloomReach Search, Merchandising, and Recommendations product line and stay knowledgeable about product developments.
- Deliver on business service engagements and training programs for customers.
- Iterate on and recommend optimizations to existing business service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and grow the services pipeline.
- Act as a thought partner to Senior Experience Strategists in team operations.
