Responsibilities:

• Define the strategy and roadmap for the routing team, focusing on selecting the best provider to route transactions.
• Develop and implement AI and ML-based solutions to optimize transaction routing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy routing solutions.
• Develop and implement internal tools for routing solutions.
• Analyze and utilize data for informed decision-making in routing strategies.
• Stay current with trends in AI, ML, and payment technologies.
• Ensure compliance of routing solutions with regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with other product teams to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
• Lead discovery sessions with business teams to identify new opportunities.
• Lead design of solutions working with business teams to get details right.
