Requirements:
- Minimum education required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience.
- Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts.
- Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation.
- Ability to travel for work if requested (less than 5% of the time).
- Exceptional telephone demeanor and professional problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Work on moderate complexity (or greater) client projects.
- Collaborate with senior teammates to manage EDI/file integration projects.
- Audit and upload data for new website implementations and ongoing projects.
- Serve as a resource in client meetings as needed.
- Assist in developing and improving SOPs.
- Participate in training opportunities to stay updated on industry information.
