Requirements:

• Minimum education required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience.
• Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts.
• Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation.
• Ability to travel for work if requested (less than 5% of the time).
• Exceptional telephone demeanor and professional problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Work on moderate complexity (or greater) client projects.
• Collaborate with senior teammates to manage EDI/file integration projects.
• Audit and upload data for new website implementations and ongoing projects.
• Serve as a resource in client meetings as needed.
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs.
• Participate in training opportunities to stay updated on industry information.
