Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in hospitality and nightlife.
• An online portfolio demonstrating typography, design, and illustration skills.
• Expert level skills in Adobe CC: Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Video production and post-production experience, including basic experience with Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with AfterEffects & Animate is a plus.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Working knowledge of project management and communication tools, such as Basecamp.
• Solid foundation in UI and UX principles, concept development, and brand development.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage expertise in digital graphic design to produce high-quality visual collateral on a project-by-project basis.
• Communicate effectively with the creative department regarding deliverables, deadlines, and creative direction.
• Uphold company brand standards across all animations, videos, and graphics, ensuring consistency while meeting deadlines.
• Deliver high-impact designs that align with the company’s pace and profitability goals.
• Support the creation and production of digital assets, including online/mobile graphics, emails, menus, party flyers, videos, and animations.
• Bring creative, edgy, and bold design concepts to marketing and branding projects.
• Develop vision boards, storyboards, and concept art for specific campaigns.
• Produce look books, event promotional materials, media kits, and packaging inserts to enhance the customer journey and support PR initiatives.
