Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a contracts administrator, contracts specialist, or paralegal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience in a technology company with relevant contract transactions.
  • Current Certified Paralegal status in California is a plus.
  • Familiarity with K-12 public schools contracting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform contract administration and general legal document organization.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, amendments, and various contracts.
  • Proofread, format, and ensure accuracy of documents prepared.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting and communicating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain high responsiveness and prioritize work effectively.
  • Project manage complex customer, RFP, and vendor deals.
