Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology in senior leadership roles.
• Experience within a regulated industry such as medical nutrition or biopharma.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, management, and IT governance.
• Proven track record of driving IT initiatives and projects.
• Strong business process knowledge across commercial, operations, and finance.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; a master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide vision, leadership, strategies, and solutions on all enterprise-wide IT issues.
• Develop and execute the company's Information Technology strategic plan.
• Design and manage the future of the data environment for scalability.
• Pilot and implement AI/ML technologies to enhance operations.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Manage daily IT operations and support internal IT services.
• Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
