Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting with US GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proactive in identifying and improving processes.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly and annual financial close process in coordination with external accountants.
• Maintain General Ledgers and prepare financial reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flow projections.
• Manage tax compliance processes in both the US and France.
• Ensure adherence to banking governance policies and loan covenants.
• Oversee accounts receivable management, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Process vendor invoices and expense reimbursements for accounts payable.
• Maintain financial documentation, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
