Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience with US GAAP is required; experience in French GAAP is a strong asset.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report creation.
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly and annual financial close process in coordination with external accountants.
• Maintain the General Ledgers, prepare financial reconciliations, and consolidate financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Manage tax compliance processes in both the US and France.
• Oversee accounts receivable management for timely invoicing and collections.
• Process vendor invoices and expense reimbursements for accounts payable.
• Ensure financial documentation is audit-ready and provide customer service for billing inquiries.
