HR Operations Specialist (Remote, Mexico-Based)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, primarily BambooHR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws in Mexico and other LATAM countries.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Track required documentation and proactively address gaps or errors.
• Manage data discrepancies and partner with HR to resolve issues.
• Facilitate onboarding by sending documents and managing completion of forms.
• Execute core HR processes including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure data compliance.
• Manage security access for HR systems.
