• Complete job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
• Review applicants from the applicant tracking system.
• Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates using sophisticated search techniques.
• Provide tailored value propositions to candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and keep them engaged.
• Conduct professional phone interviews with industry-specific questions.
• Manage candidate status updates and concerns.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Articulate job offers and partner with hiring managers.
