• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in API development, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a preference for Azure.
• Experience with middleware tools and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor software and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and maintain an integration strategy that aligns with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee the delivery of integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and business leaders, to align priorities and deliver value.
• Ensure integration solutions comply with enterprise security and data governance standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise system integration.
