Requirements:

• Active AMF-approved General Damage Insurance Level 1 or Personal Damage Insurance Level 1 license.
• Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to transition seamlessly between languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to adapt to diverse member needs and preferences.
• Goal-oriented mindset to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
• Previous experience in a bilingual sales/customer service role.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound warm leads from potential members interested in pet insurance policies.
• Use a consultative approach to understand members' unique needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
• Present the value of Trupanion's pet insurance policies while maintaining call control.
• Provide detailed information about policies, coverage options, and handle member inquiries.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for current members, ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries from members expressing intent to cancel and employ problem-solving to retain them.
• Engage with members through phone and email, adapting communication style as necessary.
