Requirements:
  • Initial experience as part of an international company (volunteering, internships, placements) is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or similar field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for one of our Production centers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments, hiring managers, and existing employees to effectively develop recruiting strategies.
  • Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews (in person, by phone, Google Meet) with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Support the HR admin team in completing appropriate paperwork and complying with standard hiring procedures.
