Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Data management software knowledge (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Strong analytical decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of scheduling and financial tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manages multiple large capital projects, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction of clients.
• Ensures constructability of scope and engineering design.
• Manages in-house and on-site construction management teams.
• Coordinates with development and engineering during project scoping.
• Manages cost and schedule forecasting, change control, and project expenditures.
• Integrates project construction with Operations.
• Identifies, reduces, and manages risks associated with projects.
• Manages documentation of scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
